He's more concerned about putting cash in his pocket than developing a winning team. Hank Steinbrenner alluded to it when he complained to the commissioner that there are "some teams that take the revenue sharing funds and pockets it instead of improving his team." MLB allowed this to happen even though he ruined the Motreal team and then turned around and gave him a Championship Team, which he promptly dismantled. Get him out.
